This is an original Dutch Iso Grifo and the sunroof is claimed to be original by the seller. The yellow color with the blue leather interior are striking. It does not have the original engine but has a 454 cid Chevrolet crate engine and an automatic transmission.
This is not a real 7 liter Grifo but it looks nice and I would guess that it drives great as well, although I would prefer a manual transmission.

What makes you call this car a replica? the motor? or the whole car?
ReplyDeleteThis car is a replica 7 Liter. It is a real Iso Grifo but was not born as a 7 Liter Grifo. So, the hood scoop and the 7 Liter badges are not original in addition to the engine.
ReplyDeleteThis is similar to turning a 1965 Mustang into a Shelby GT350. The seller is not trying to hide this fact, when you go to his web site it is clear.
