Ferrari 550 Maranello - Part 2 of 2

by Mike

Ferrari 550s can be bought for well under $100,000 and they are great driving cars as I mentioned in the previous post. When new they were around $225,000.

Here are some for sale now.

This black 2000 car above is at Sports Car Company in San Diego and is priced at $79,500. It has 18,000 miles and the seller says, it is in "Excellent condition inside and out this vehicle recently had a major timing belt service at an authorized Ferrari service center".

This blue car below, listed on the duPont Regrstry, is a 1999 with 24,748 miles and priced at $89,500 in New York. It has an unusual interior color.

Below is a yellow 2001 on eBay for $99,500 with only 9,475 miles (for sale by Sports Car Company). This car is loaded with options.

There are 20 550s listed on the duPont Registry now and several on eBay.

Even though these cars are fairly new the pre-purchase inspection and maintenance record review are important, no one wants to get stuck with unexpected repair costs.

These are real V12 Ferraris and are a blast to drive. Happy hunting.
